A few years ago, Moores did our family room, kitchen, back hall and bathroom in luxury vinyl planks. One man completed this by himself in one day, and did a great job, and that included installing subfloor in the family room. Two years ago, Moores supplied the same planks to the contractor who remodelled the master and ensuite bathrooms. There were four boxes left over. The contractor left them with us, as we were planning to have the dining room and hall done soon. A few weeks ago we contacted Moores, told them we wanted the dining room, foyer, and hall done, in the same planks, and that we already had four boxes. Karl came out to the house to measure. Very nice friendly, and professional. He measured to the inch with his electronic device. We reminded him that we had four boxes on hand, so to take that into account when ordering. He agreed. The planks were delivered this past Wednesday, the installers showed up bright and early Thursday morning and got to work, ripping out carpet, removing baseboards, and installing the new planks. They did a very nice job in one day and we are happy with the floor. We had one small concern which Karl addressed immediately. The floor is beautiful, our compliments to the installers.

So glad that we chose Moore’s to install (1) hardwood on our main floor and stairs, and (2) carpet on the lower level. Exceptional customer service and communication from the initial point of contact with Christina through to completion. Quality workmanship — talented installers! Very professional, polite, friendly, helpful and hardworking staff. Moore Flooring + Design definitely exceeded our expectations and will be our go-to for any future projects. Our sincerest thanks to Karl and his team.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom at Moore to the completed project in my home, I had an extremely positive experience with this flooring company. Christina, in sales, was the first person I dealt with. She greeted me in the showroom immediately, listened to my ideas and sent me home with colour samples to try. She returned emails and phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions professionally. Once I made my LVT colour decision, Karl came out to measure and talk about what needed to be done, answered all my questions and completed the estimate. The five guys who came to do the install were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They left NO mess, and the finished floor is just beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your new flooring needs. Thank you, Moore, for everything! I am one happy customer! :) Kelly Schultz
